Refund & Re-Send Policy

Our resend policy applies for 24 hours after the delivery time of our packages according to USPS tracking. Orders which arrive with more than half of their contents dead are eligible for a full re-send.

Our feeder insects are exempt from return or refund.

Once an image and description as well as any information relevant to the order has been sent to our support team, support@foothillfeeders.com, our team will briefly process and approve/deny your request for a re-send.

If you are approved, then your re-send will be processed, and will be sent to your shipping address or address of choice promptly.

RE-SENDS

We only re-send orders if they arrive damaged beyond use, or with more than half of their contents DOA. If you wish to have your order re-sent, please send an email with a picture of your purchase as it arrived to support@foothillfeeders.com.
